Each year, we step away from our desks and back into the places we know best – meeting local partners, testing experiences, and seeing everything through our travellers’ eyes. One of our favourite rituals is “Italysdays”, when the entire team travels together across Italy, bound for a destination kept secret until departure—along with a rich programme of experiences, revealed step by step. Part fieldwork, part shared adventure—from singing Raffaella Carrà at full volume, to dancing a minuetto in a historic palace, or stepping into the arena for a (carefully supervised!) gladiator challenge. It keeps us sharp, curious, and occasionally slightly out of breath—but always connected: to places, to people, and to the spirit behind every journey we shape.
